Equity in faculty salaries to be the topic of April lecture

A professor of economics who has been addressing issues of gender equity in faculty salaries at the University of Arizona will give a public talk about his ongoing research on April 16. Ronald Oaxaca's talk is titled "Faculty Salary Determination: Do Gender and Productivity Matter?"
