A whale of a good time Teams of high school students from seven high schools converged on UCSC recently for the northern California regional Ocean Sciences Bowl. During the daylong competition, the students fielded queries on the biology, chemistry, geology, physics, history, and economics of the ocean and ocean-related current events.
