June 12 Humanities Lecture focuses on Shakespeare

Professor of English Michael Warren will present a talk titled "Shakespeare at the End of this Century" from 7 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, June 12, at the Museum of Art and History at the McPherson Center, 705 Front St. The talk is a part of the Humanities Lecture Series, sponsored jointly by UCSC's Humanities Division and the Museum of Art and History.

Warren is a longtime UCSC professor and has served as textual consultant to Shakespeare Santa Cruz since it began 16 years ago. He is the author of several books on Shakespeare's King Lear as well as numerous articles on the texts of English drama. The talk is free and public.
