Physicist and author Fritjof Capra to speak at UCSC on "The Web of Life"

Fritjof Capra, best-selling author of The Tao of Physics, will make a public appearance at UCSC to outline his "conceptual framework for the scientific understanding of life" as described in his new book.

Author Greg Sarris to be fellow-in-residence at Stevenson College

Greg Sarris, an author, the elected chief of the Coast Miwok tribe, and a professor of English at UCLA, will visit UCSC in March as the Adlai E. Stevenson Fellow-in-Residence.
