8:15-8:30 a.m. Chancellor Greenwood, welcome and opening remarks on forum topic

8:30-8:50 a.m. Media presentation on the history of campus growth presented by Frank Zwart

8:50-9:10 a.m. EVC Simpson, how UCSC budget is allocated, how staff are affected

9:10-10 a.m. Questions and answers

VC Vani, VC Hernandez, AVC Armstrong-Zwart, Dean Houghton, Dean Hankamer, Dean Chemers, Asst. Dean Willis, Budget Director Eckert, Police Chief/TAPS Director Tepper, and others will be present.
