Public tribute planned to honor Kenneth Norris

A public tribute in honor of Professor Emeritus Kenneth S. Norris is planned for Saturday, October 24, at 1 p.m. in the Music Center Recital Hall.

Norris was 74 years old when he died in August after several months of illness. He was an acclaimed marine mammal researcher, founder of the University of California Natural Reserve System, and a beloved teacher of natural history (see previous article).
