The students who received awards were nominated by their supervisors based on outstanding teamwork, mentorship, or creative problem-solving skills; for making important contributions to the university and its departments; for special or unique skills; or for using work practices that enhance productivity, morale, or initiative. They were required to be in good academic standing.
