The UC Board of Regents approved a master plan for development on the portion of the UC MBEST property that lies within the City of Marina. As shown, the development will occur in three phases over the next 15 years. The property will provide room for about 1.3 million square feet of space for research and development, light industry, and commercial and mixed uses.
