May 27, 1999 To: The Campus Community From: Susan Willats, Special Projects Coordinator, BAS Office of Planning and Analysis Re: BAS Customer Satisfaction Survey, Part 2It seems that there have been distribution problems with the second part of the Business and Administrative Services' (BAS) Customer Satisfaction Survey. All units should have received copies of this survey (which addresses Imaging, Printing, Mail and Temporary Services; Communications and Technology Services; and Financial Affairs) last Tuesday, May 18th. If your unit did *not* receive these surveys, please contact Susan Willats in the BAS Office of Planning and Analysis at x9-3759, or by email at willats@cats.ucsc.edu, and tell her how many surveys you need. To allow everyone sufficient time to complete the surveys, THE DEADLINE FOR RETURNING THE SURVEYS HAS BEEN EXTENDED TO FRIDAY, JUNE 11. Thank you for your continued assistance with this project.
