A new edition of Donald Saposnek's book Mediating Child Custody Disputes has been published. Saposnek, a lecturer in psychology, is a clinical child psychologist and director of Family Mediation Service of Santa Cruz. The thoroughly revised and updated version of his classic book offers current information on issues and procedures concerning child custody mediation and includes updates on new research and laws. It is a valuable resource for those developing therapeutic skills and mediation techniques to help solve difficult problems. The new edition was published by Jossey-Bass Publishers of San Francisco.
