To usher in the 1998-99 school year at UCSC, hundreds of local businesses are displaying this poster, produced and distributed by the campus and the Santa Cruz Area Chamber of Commerce. Meanwhile, "move-in" weekend began on Friday, September 25, and classes were set to begin on Thursday, October 1.
