New program plans partnerships to prepare leaders of the next century
Chancellor Greenwood has announced a five-part initiative to ensure continued quality and diversity among the campus's student body.

Three-year project studies vocabulary development in bilingual children
Psychology Professor Barry McLaughlin is teaming up with 24 fourth- and fifth-grade teachers--several from local schools--to conduct a major three-year study of the vocabulary development of bilingual children.

 

 

Students protesting the passage of Proposition 209 circled the Hahn Student Services Building last Wednesday. The demonstration ended 12 hours after it began with Chancellor Greenwood and the students issuing a joint statement.
