Re: CruzPay Campus Demonstrations

On behalf of the CruzPay project team we invite you to attend a demonstration of the UCSC CruzPay system scheduled for implementation late this summer. CruzPay is a web-based enterprise time and attendance system that will be used by UCSC employees for recording time worked and leave used. In Phase I approximately 1,600 staff employees will be using the system; a list of these staff employees can be found on our web site:
http://cruzpay.ucsc.edu/

As previously announced in campus communication, CruzPay demonstrations are now being held. A reminder on the demonstration dates and times follows:

Location: Performing Arts Media Theater
Tuesday -- June 27, 9-10 a.m.
Wednesday -- June 28, 3:30-4:30 p.m.
Thursday -- July 13, 11 a.m.-noon

Location: 2300 Delaware, Cafeteria
Wednesday -- July 12, 1-2 p.m.
Monday -- July 17, 9-10 a.m.

We encourage and look forward to your attendance and feedback on CruzPay. Attendance is optional and all members of the campus community interested in CruzPay are welcome to attend the demonstrations. For additional information, visit our web site:
