Re: UCSC Diversity Survey--Still chances to win a prize

Dear UCSC Community Member,

Approximately ten days ago, an important message about a campuswide climate study was sent to currently registered students and active faculty and staff at their "@ucsc.edu" email addresses.

If you haven't already read the message, distributed by "Elizabeth M Irwin" between February 3 and 5 on behalf of the Committee on Affirmative Action and Diversity (CAAD), please take a minute to do so. The message includes a personal access code to enter the survey web site for CAAD's climate study. If you believe that your email program may have already deleted the message, please be on the look out for a repeat message over the next few days.

Many of you have already accessed the web site and completed the survey; please accept our sincere thanks for participating in this important activity. If you have not yet completed the survey, please do so right away. We will hold the survey open while we are actively receiving responses.

We are very grateful for all of the support that we have received for this project so far and wish to include the perspectives of as many of you as possible in the outcome.

And for other questions about the survey or if you would like to submit relevant materials for committee review, please contact Gina Dent (ginadent@ucsc.edu).

Everyone who completes the survey will be automatically entered in a drawing for these great prizes:

* 4 $50 gift certificates for the campus bookstore
* 16 $25 gift certificates for campus eateries

Winners' names will be published in Currents and generated at random using survey respondents' access codes.
