Re: Update on Flu Vaccine
Due to the unexpected national shortage of flu vaccine, the UCSC Student Health Center cannot proceed with its plans to offer flu shots to faculty and staff.
At this time we are only able to commit to providing vaccination from our limited supply for students with a documented history of serious chronic conditions such as asthma, diabetes, or immune deficiency.
Please frequently check the electronic bulletin board at http://www2.ucsc.edu/healthcenter for updated information on this situation.
Faculty and staff with chronic medical conditions are urged to consult with their own physician regarding vaccination against influenza.
