Re: Survey Participation Requested

A significant part of the Business Transformation Program (BTP) is the consolidation of 26 existing service centers into a more cost-effective and efficient system. An online survey is being conducted until June 24, 2005, to help establish service levels and priorities for the newly reorganized Purchasing, Financial Administrative Services and Transactions (FAST), and Staff Human Resources departments. Subsequent surveys will be conducted on an annual basis.

If you have utilized service centers within the past year, your participation in the survey would be greatly appreciated. The survey is short, and shouldn’t take more than five minutes to complete. To participate, point your Internet browser to survey.ucsc.edu.

Results of the survey will be posted on the Business Transformation Program (BTP) web site (bas.ucsc.edu/btp) by the first week in July. The web site contains detailed information about each of the five BTP projects, as well as archived versions of the BTP Update, the new monthly newsletter being sent to all faculty and staff.
