Dear UC Colleague:
As you may know, Gov. Schwarzenegger today issued his state budget proposal for the 2004-05 fiscal year. Because the budget includes cuts to the University of California system, I wanted you to be informed of the details as soon as possible. For that reason, we have produced this abbreviated version of "Our University."
