Please distribute widely. Associate Vice Chancellor Jean Marie Scott invites you to join her in welcoming Denzil J. Suite as College Administrative Officer for College Eight. Denzil will begin his tenure with UCSC on July 1 and is joining the campus from the University of Southern California where he served as Assistant Dean-Director for the Office of Student Conduct. Denzil earned his Ph.D. in Policy and Organization from the University of Southern California and his MA in Higher Education Administration from the University of Vermont. Denzil has over ten years experience in higher education management. He has been the recipient of the Western Association of College and University Housing Officers Diversity and Affirmative Action Award and the NASPA Region IV Outstanding new professional Award. AVC Scott would also like to take this opportunity to thank Dave Dodson for his excellent service as the acting CAO for College Eight for this past year.
