Mindfulness Strategies to Beat Stress

A workshop offered to help teach mindfulness strategies as a way to reduce stress. What is Mindfulness and how it helps reduce stress will be discussed. We will practice two different mindfulness exercises and you will be able to take home a packet filled with different mindfulness techniques. Free Milk and Cookies will be provided!!!!
