Massage in the workplace is becoming more popular and accepted in the industry. You will learn and practice, under your instructors direction, a practical chair treatment. Seated massage is a great way to help relieve tension on the spot! Students enrolled in the Holistic Health Program will have the opportunity to use the skills they learn in the Lunch Break Massage, helping UC staff and faculty relieve their stress.
