Indoor Cycling is a high energy aerobic exercise routine that uses a specially designed spinning bike where you can adjust the tension. Students will be doing sprints, races, climbs, different paced exercises all of which are done in and out of the seat all to great music to keep you motivated. One of the best things about an indoor cycling class is that people at varied fitness levels can actively participate. This is a great workout for those interested in improving fitness, strength and endurance. You will have fun and burn 500-800 calories.
