Meditation & Mindfulness

This course will introduce students to different techniques and practices of meditation and self-discovery. We will use the breath, mindfulness, kindness, self-inquiry and other ways as entry points into the present moment. You will become aware of your thoughts and feelings as your present experience, and see how you identify with them. Through mindfulness and kindness you will learn how to dis-identify from them and instead meet yourself in a much deeper and more real way. The question: “Who am I?” is then the ultimate question for self-discovery. There will be time for personal exploration and sharing. This course is designed so that you may find the unique way that resonates best for YOU to approach meditation. Being in full resonance and oneness with yourself is the greatest gift you can give yourself.
