Firefighters Association collecting donations through October 12 The UCSC Firefighter's Association donation drive will conclude Friday, October 12. The proceeds will be issued to the Uniformed Firefighter's Association of New York City, Widows and Children's Fund as requested by the Fire Department of New York. As of October 8, the total amount collected had reached $8,991.10. Donations will continue to be accepted through October 12 at the UCSC Fire Station by Crown College.
