Francisco Hernandez, vice chancellor for Student Affairs, was quoted in an article in BusinessWire.com about the AP test preparation service now being offered on the web free to California high school students by the University of California. The service is an extension of the UC College Prep Initiative, which Hernandez developed in collaboration with other UC campuses.
