UCSC provides a number of performance opportunities for music students, including the University Orchestra (pictured above), University Concert Choir, Women's Chorale, Chamber Singers, Early Music Consort, large and small jazz ensembles, Latin American ensembles, West Javanese Gamelan, Balinese Gamelan Angklung, and Gender Wayang Ensemble.
